ABSTRACT
The David procedure is one of the surgical techniques called ““aortic valve-sparing operations”. These techniques are designed to treat the aneurismatic diseases from the root or ascending aorta, with or without aortic valve regurgitation. Several surgical techniques are included in this pool. In this article, the surgical technique is described step-by-step in order to perform the David I procedure.
